Featured Degree – Master of TESOL
The Master of TESOL is very popular with students from South Korea, Japan and other Asian countries. This program provides preparation and continuing professional development for teachers who want an initial accredited university-level TESOL qualification to work in Australia and overseas in a variety of sectors including mainstream schools, language centres and universities.

Singaporean and Malaysian students have long been attracted to the Melbourne Graduate School of Education’s Master of Education program. Directed at practising professionals from a broad range of fields related to Education, the Master of Education offers flexibility across a range of specialist areas, enabling students to develop their skills and knowledge, and keep in touch with contemporary research. The program design is flexible, allowing students to complete study through a mix of coursework and thesis, 100% by thesis, or 100% by coursework.

Australian teaching qualifications are recognized in most countries around the world.

As individual country requirements for teacher education and training can change, we advise all prospective international students to check with their local registration/accreditation body that the degree they plan to enrol in at MGSE meets requirements for teaching in their home country.
